I found Delaware Valley on FB Marketplace. They invited me into their parts department so I could browse for myself. I placed an order and they did everything for me in less than an hour. Very organized, clean and professional. Best of all CHEAP!

The tow truck drivers drive up and down my block everyday and tow cars that are running. The tow truck drivers get their giggles when they see people trying to understand why their car is being towed. Tow truck drivers are harassing my community with their towing in the middle of the night or early morning. The tow truck drivers and company doesn’t have a policy in place to leave information for where vehicle will be located after tow. Tow truck company is irresponsible and disrespectful to the people that live in my neighborhood. Right before Christmas they towed my vehicle and almost ran over my foot trying to get away with my vehicle.

While service was relatively fast to arrive due to proximity, the ride to my destination was slowww. The entire drive, the driver talked negatively about “foreigners” moving into the city and much more. Also, when we arrived, I was pressured to pay cash and when I said I could not (who carries $120 on them at all times??), it was treated as a grave inconvenience.
