Asked for medium boho twist and larger parts but was given smedium. They stylist was nice and professional. The style came out nice but wasn't the size I had asked for which took another hour or so then I expected to be there also price was higher.
They do good work but can be slow. I asked for medium knotless braids but they made them small in my opinion. Which had me there for 6hrs. But the braids were still done very nicely. The lady who seems to run the shop started my hair but she kept stopping to do stuff and help other workers which was annoying I was happy once she put someone else on my head. Overall it's a good shop that does good work and i find there a little less expensive then some other places. I paid 180$ for medium knotless that look like smalls.
I have been looking for a reasonably priced braiding salon in Philly for years. A lot of the ones I've come across are either extremely overpriced, make up prices on the spot, or don't listen to the style you're asking for and end up giving you something different.
This place was completely different. It's the first braiding studio I've been to that actually honored my appointment time. They called to confirm I was coming, and I was in the chair right when my appointment was supposed to start.
I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they were very attentive to the details. I got a half sew-in, half Fulani style, and I love it.
