Great experience overall. I came to have my motherboard replaced, but after the first replacement, it turned out to be a rather uncommon hardware incompatibility in the first place. They then did researches based on the hardwares I have and soon came up with an alternative solution. Raymond, the technician, was friendly and professional. Thanks for saving my PC.
