I was referred to him (Ziggy) by a friend. My sofa is only a little over a year old, but had alot of stains, spots & was just overall dirty. I reached out to him by text, response time was great & an appointment was set only 2 days later. He came at the exact date & time that he said he would. Was professional. Didn't make me uncomfortable at all ( just feel like I need to say this as a female having a male stranger come into your home). He just came in & did his job. Got my sofa cleaned & it took only about 45min. Now it looks how it looks when I 1st got it! I will definitely use him again if needed.
Again, he’s done it again, The floors look like the tiles were just layed. Thanks for the making the floors beautiful before for my move in day .thank you so much for your punctuality your professionalism until and the quality of service.
