Doctors, nurses, and front desk folks are amazing, but getting blood drawn is such an inefficient and time wasting process. You can wait in the lounge for hours. Also they'll just open the door and shout your name. It's hard to tell when you are hard of hearing. Even waiting to go in right when the health center opens doesn't help with the crowd. Why don't we have ticket queues or something if we can't make appointments
I had such a great experience here. I lived three minute walking distance. I got there at about 715. I was the first one there I was in and out within 30 minutes. I was Treated with respect and understanding, I was educated on certain topics. This is a great resource for our city and the people that work here provide great service for the community.
I've been a patient at HC2 for over 32 years. I've always found staff to be pleasant and helpful. With the volume of people seen on a weekly basis wait time can at times be long. But consider this with 80% of people receiving services virtually free, what right do you have to complain. If you don't like the wait time there are plenty of private doctors offices where your wait time will be considerably short and much more expensive. So please stop complaining and making our healthcare providers jobs harder and more stressful .
