Just moved into the neighborhood and needed to get my car inspected. A friend recommended CaroTech, so I gave them a shot and they did not disappoint. Mike and the guys were great; quick, easy, and straight to the point! Was in & out in about an hour. Bonus points for the OG Sega Genesis in the waiting area 😂 Cash is preferred, but cards are accepted. I’ll definitely be back.
This place rocks! It’s so hard finding shops that are thorough and don’t send you home with more problems! They communicate throughout the process and all the employees I’ve spoken with are nice and friendly.
My car is really happy and so is my wallet!
I've been coming to Carotech for so long that I can't remember how I found them! But I did and I have stayed with them for close to a decade. I trust them, which almost feels weird to write in an auto shop review. Mike has always provided a quick and detailed estimate that comes with explanation and options. This is the first shop that has ever emailed me an easy-to-follow estimate invoice. Hout is a sweetheart and his work is top notch. I've never had to wait to bring in my car and they've never had it for more than 2 days. I've never had to return it bc a fix didn't take. All this and at a reasonable price!
