I've had several hairstyles at Michael's and they have always been so kind and Lana is so skillful and listens to what you want in a hairstyle and she delivers. Long, short, all Styles.. she can do it all and I've never been disappointed. 5 stars for me.

Good service..people were nice.. only thing I wasnt happy about was that I requested the one specific lady to cut my son's hair and we were there first and someone came to get pedicure and she went to them while we were still waiting. I asked if she could do his hair when she was finished waiting on the couple. She said yes then said for the lady that cut my husbands hair to do my son's. Overall the lady that did my husband and sons her was really nice and tried to make conversation and they know their customers. They had at least 2 or 3 that walked in that were regulars.. lol..
