While I personally haven't gotten the tattoo here yet, I've had several friends stop in for appointments at this tattoo parlor and everyone has had great experiences there. Their staff are friendly and Incredibly talented at what they do! This would definitely be amongst the top tattoo parlors I would personally refer people too in Philly

This tattoo shop should be listed as one of the top ten in the US.I traveled to get a black out from Hoode. Words can’t describe how amazing he is. While getting my work done, I noticed all of the artists in the shop have amazing energy and some of the best quality/range tattoo work I’ve seen.Definitely the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had.Service: Tattoos

Specifically came to Black Vulture for work from Hoode- I'd gotten work by him before and it was wonderful.It was a little confusing because he told me to come in before the opening hours they have online, but after contacting them directly it was verified and fine.Hoode was able to tattoo over my scars and do quality work that I know will stay in my skin for a long time.The shop is an open-style configuration, dark and spooky just like I feel comfortable in.
