I took a yoga class with Chae today. I highly recommend her classes- she’s incredible! Not only was I challenged, but by the end I felt relaxed and amazing. I’ll definitely be taking her class regularly.
This place is pretty amazing. Lots of group classes like barre, yoga, etc. , the space is beautiful, plus, they have a coffee and smoothie bar. I love it here!
Not only is the gym awesome, their dry shampoo is naturally made, it smells amazing and blends right into my hair - using it regularly!
