This dry cleaning shop, owned and managed by a Chinese couple, delivers good results when it comes to the actual cleaning. However, I’ve consistently found the wife to be cold and snippy in her communication. She often leads with what can’t be done—whether it’s not accepting credit cards under $10, not guaranteeing stain removal, or not promising a four-day turnaround.

In addition to the less-than-friendly service, their standard turnaround time is slow (typically around seven days), and their prices are quite high. High-quality, local family-owned cleaners in Bella Vista neighborhood. They did an impeccable job for a year cleaning my fastidious dad's suits. Recently had our winter comforter cleaned, and was pleasantly surprised on pick-up. They tissue-papered the bedding and provided a handled storage bag. Big improvement from the black trash bag we'd been using previous years. Their garments have no chemical dry-cleaning smell due to their organic process.
