i have a big bald spot on the top of my head/middle and edges are gone from heat damage and the next day had scars on my ears and scalp from the hot comb.I told her I didn’t want her to use hot comb after the first 3 times she burned me but she insisted that she would only use the comb on my edges/roots. The next day i sent her the pictures of my hair than asked her for my money back.when i asked for a refund I was told that I have to fight her if I wanted my money back. Airika than proceeded to try to explain to me that it wasn’t her fault and that my hair probably broke off from being already damaged In which my hair wasn’t and I got my scars from a ghost. My hairstyle was pretty cute but the hairdresser (frie, or whatever her name was) was rude. I came in and she didn’t even speak to me, was on the phone complaining that she wanted to go home, called my hair cheap and seemed liked she just didn’t wanna do my hair.
