Horrible the website lies they don’t close at 4 they stop accepting clients at 3:20 then when you ask to speak with someone they all act like they don’t understand English… And the last time the lady tried to charge me extra for a wash and low dry.

To start, Ive been coming here for years, since 2012. Just like the name of the shop, you leave beautiful. They get the hair bone straight and you’re in and out everytime. Ive never had the perm shampoo or the lost clumps of hair experience. They might not know everything about how to handle black hair… like how you should rinse the conditioner out with cold water and not hot but they know how to get your hair straight, curled, colored etc.
Iykyk, only one OG is left and thats the only stylist I like. Before the pandemic, it was a set price of $35. Your hair could be short, thick, long, or thin it was $35. Now they are doing what the other Dominican shops do …...read full review

The lady who washes hair definitely tries to rush she tried half way combing out my hair with the conditioner she also attempted to leave product in it until I said something. Vanessa however got me together haven’t had my hair done in almost a year due to my pregnancy I was very pleased with her service.
