Asta Hair Braiding provides skilled and neat braiding work, with braiders who are fast, professional, and can expertly execute styles from pictures. The results are long-lasting, with braids looking fantastic for weeks. However, the customer experience is inconsistent. Issues include price quotes being changed on the day of service, a lack of clear communication between staff, and occasional lateness. The salon itself is not the most comfortable for long sessions, so bringing water and snacks is advised. While the hair quality is highly rated, these service inconsistencies impact the overall experience.
One of the braider really does nice hair but what I don't appreciate is how they quote you a price then change it the day of service this happen to me twice. First off the braider claims she doesn't speak English only French 😤 😒 (she is a good neat braider) the owner and the employee needs to communicate more and agree on one set price cause that's how you lose potential loyal good client. This establishment was rated low because customer service not how they do hair if it was just base on the hair it would be 4 stars no doubt
2 months ago was my First time going here.
I was recommended by someone who went here and i loved their hair.. so i scheduled an appointment.. my wait wasn't long. The staff was very nice and respectful..The lady that did my hair was professional and fast.. she executed the style I wanted perfectly by just looking at a picture. I will be going back!!
I have really long hair and it takes forever to get braided, but the lady was nice and worked quick and did a fantastic job. Its been 2.5 weeks since I visited and braids still look really nice. Salon was not the comfiest place to spend 4 hours though. Bring your own water and snacks!
