1st time here and I read all the reviews prior to coming. So I was expecting to show my ID and my daughter's. I was expecting to be followed around the store and encounter rude people. But it was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. EVERYONE was helpful and answered every question we had (my daughter is new to the nail industry) They gave us 5 star service, no one followed us around but when I had a question they went and showed me where the item was. I will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you ?

So I went to this nails supply store and it'd been awhile that I've been there but there is a new policy now where it is required to have ID/License or Nail Tech License to go in and shop. Which is understandable but a bit upsetting. Especially if there's new people like young teens getting into doing nails as a career and if they don't have an ID. Then either they need to come in with there parents or unable to freely go in and get the supplies they needed. I wanted to go in with my mother and they told us she can't be inside without the requirements they asked for which she doesn't have. Very cramped store but my goodness they have everything you need. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. They’re working but more than happy to help with anything you need! They exceeded my expectations. Will definitely return
