The best value for a women's haircut in Philly! It's a little difficult to find, and the atmosphere is cluttered; but the haircuts are great, and the cost is the most reasonable I've found in any of the other cities I've lived.Services: Haircut
walked in on a whim for a much needed haircut and was immediately taken care of by Ying, who might just be my new favorite person. not only was the haircut fast and affordable, but Ying was an absolute delight. plenty of people are nice, but Ying is so warm, genuine, and enthusiastic. BEST. HAIRCUT. EVER. My hair was so dead from dyeing and bleaching it for 2 years, but after going to Ying's, it's healthy again! Haircut aside, Ying was so funny and kind. Plus, I didn't have cash on me for the SEPTA, and she lent me some. Truly amazing service, through and through. I'll definitely be back :D
