Dr. Kathryn Hopper was absolutely amazing! I had a test done that I had never had before, and she made me feel completely comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made me genuinely feel seen and cared for. I left feeling so much more at ease. Truly a 15/10 experience — I couldn’t recommend Dr. Hopper enough!
I've been coming to this location for years, and this visit seemed more exceptional than prior visits. From the front desk, to the Dr. then over to the part where you choose your frames, I couldn't be more impressed with my care I received. They bent over backwards for me in more ways than 1 this particular appointment, and I am truly grateful!
My experience here was amazing. Emily was extremely patient with me while trying to help me get contacts in. I’ve tried numerous times to get contacts in at other places but no one was as helpful and patient as Emily was. I also received excellent service from the woman who helped me picked my glasses and I definitely will be returning in the future for all of my vision/glasses related needs.
