I brought in a plush that is over 20 years old. He is priceless to me, so I wanted someone with much more experience than I have to repair him. When I brought him in, one of his embroidered eyes was unraveling. They carefully sewed him a new eye, and it honestly looks even better than it did originally.
What touched me even more was how kind and understanding they were throughout the process. I dropped off two suits and two dress shirts that hadn’t been dry cleaned in at least 3 years. A week later and they’re returned as if brand new. One pair of pants had had a stain on it that was nearly a year old and it’s now completely gone. I have another set of dry cleaning to do and I’ll definitely be back here to get it done.
