Took her time getting started was on the phone taking forever. Started my hair then someone else came in stops my hair to do the other women hair then got mad cause I got tired waiting started falling asleep while she was doing my hair. She intentionally braided my hair so tight my hair came out as I was taking them out I couldn’t bare the pain.Service: Hair extensions

If I could give zero stars I would. First the bi@$$ braids my hair so tight my scalp was creasing/folding! Than she put some type of glue on my edges that she pulled back into the braids!!! Since I'm not d*** I immediately took the braids out because it was braided up into a ponytail and we all know that ruins your edges!! Than when I declined to let her braid my daughters hair because she braids too tight she had the audacity to say she can braid softer!!! While my head was on ?!!! My daughter cried for individuals and I figured since they where box braids it wouldn't hurt so much. wrong!!
