During one of the most difficult times for our family, the staff at cannon funeral home showed us compassion, professionalism, and genuine care every step of the way. They handled my grandmother with dignity and treated our family with kindness, patience, and respect. Their guidance helped ease so much of the stress that comes with planning services while grieving.
Everything was organized beautifully, and they made sure every detail honored her memory in a meaningful way. We are truly grateful for the support they gave us during such a painful time. I highly recommend them to any family in need of caring and professional services.
At the most difficult time, making funeral arrangements are tough and we are at our most vulnerable, emotionally. I've read some reviews about this business and I'm sorry things did not go as well as you deserved. My beloved would have been very pleased at the quality of her services at AFFH. The bad: There were some issues of discourtesy with the receptionist early in the process (name unknown) so I'm reducing my rating by one star. But, all in all, we were pleased.
Losing a loved one is never easy, but the team at Alfonso Cannon turned one of the hardest moments of my life into an experience filled with dignity, compassion, and care. From the very first phone call with Hope Cannon I felt supported. She listened deeply, answered every question with patience, and handled even the smallest details with thoughtfulness and professionalism.

The service was not just organized—it was beautifully orchestrated, reflecting both respect and warmth. I’ll never forget the kindness shown… read full review
