Highest recommended acupuncturist for her clients she is tuned in knowledgeable, trauma informed, and calm energy. Cara is incredibly helpful. She takes the time to give quality care and has great health practices that keep her and her patients safe and healthy. She knows about medical conditions and is able to work alongside clients existing traditional medicine and healthcare to improve patient outcomes. beautiful office space, she has a great newsletter and offers bodywork and acupuncture. I have seen her for years now and have always have a session I love and leave feeling better. She also is willing to send me an invoice so I can use an HSA card or I can get reimbursed as she is an out of network provider for my insurance to cover her sessions.

I tried many different things to try to relieve periomenopause symptoms but nothing gave me as much relief as the herbs Cara R. recommended. Delivery of the herbs (which were very high quality) was convenient and brewing the tea was easy as well. Highly recommend!

Cara was the best. She explained everything to me and she was so nice. I was scared because it was my first time but I didn't feel any pain with the needles and she made sure to constantly ask me if I was ok. I was so comfortable I want to sleep and forgot where I was at lol. I'm definitely coming back here.
