I have a lot of conviction in this spa from a far despite the negative beyond the pal experience felt last x i was at this spa. 1x 5stars 2nd x 0 stars. w/o going into the negative details the handlers did not a have clue at handling customer service hiccups. Was there any pretense in the service? The vibrations I got they were not all that managerial inclined.
