5th Street Nails & Spa is a small but highly rated business that provides quality nail and spa services. The staff is described as nice, patient, and attentive, taking their time to ensure customer satisfaction. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the automatic inclusion of a tip on the final bill, which they feel should be left to the customer's discretion.
I give them four star because they have a good customer service but only one problem I have with them when you pay them they get the on tip on your money then not even wait for you to give them tip I don't like people do whatever you want on my money that's my money Don't force yourself in it doesn't matter what the customer will give you as a tip.
The nails that I came to get were reasonably priced as compared to some of the shops that I stopped by on 5th Street also friendly people. I did not get acrylic or gel I just got my regular nails painted and cuticles clipped and filed so thank you.
Nice people, great work. All about satisfying their customers. I see women coming out of this nail salon happy. My 10yr. Old was very happy and satisfied wit her nails and feet. YES SHE IS SPOILED.... DATS MY BABY ASK ME DO I CARE!!!!
