No gimmicks - you cancel at any time - just follow the rules to allow for the 30 day notice. You get a personal training session with an amazing trainer - I completed mine with Lisa and it was LIFE CHANGING! What a confidence boost to spend an hour with a knowledgable trainer who can help you achieve your goals! And there's no pressure for additional sessions (though I would be booked weekly with Lisa when my budget allows for that!!) You can attend classes that look amazing and fun! Genesis hours are smart - it forces you to get your workout in rather than waiting until 10pm at night which is not ideal for health. If you want to get in a great workout at a gym that is meticulously maintained and has great equipment and low-key vibes, then Genesis is for you!”
