Just closed on a property where my buyers trusted Bill Burke with Principle Abstract. Bill was a professional from start to finish. He takes great pride in his business, as he should. They did everything in a timely manner and kept my buyers well informed. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I've worked with Bill Burke at Principle Abstract for years and years and he's absolutely the best! He and his staff are diligent, super focused on attention to detail answering emails and calls in a timely way. Also he makes sure he tracks down issues and gets them resolved well before they become a problem to buyers and sellers. Plus, his fees are the lowest around.
And Bill is a heck of a nice guy, creating a wonderful environment at the settlement table. He has the ability to calm down what sometimes could be a contentious situation and before you know it, everyone's leaving with a smile on their face.
