As I am in my second trimester of my second pregnancy, I need to find a local experienced chiropractor instead of traveling 45 minutes away to get adjusted for my lower back and hip. I would highly recommend calling and scheduling an appointment as not only does he send reminder texts of appointments, he will reach out a few days later to see how your feeling and if you need to book a closer appointment if still in pain. Going on three weeks of seeing Dr. Schaffer I can say the adjustments are really helping me improve my hip motion and no lower back pain.“
