I’ve never written a bad review before, but after multiple negative experiences, I feel compelled to share this.

This dry cleaner is very close to my home, which made it convenient. In the past, I’ve picked up clothes that were pressed but didn’t smell clean. While not ideal, I let that slide.

The most recent experience, however, was unacceptable. I dropped off a cashmere sweater and several shirts. One shirt had an ink stain that transferred from the sweater while I was wearing it. It's an uneducated place. I went to drop off a dress and they charged me a lot. I went to pick up my dress and it was the same as when I dropped it off. I don't recommend this place. The woman who was there was angry and complained that the dress was heavy, when from the beginning I warned her that I wanted the dress to be well done. I don't recommend it! They leave the clothes the same as you brought them.

Should have read the reviews before dropping my clothes off here. Got 5 items dry cleaned, paid $93 for all. Went to pick up and my lululemon jacket had a white stain that was almost like a small bleach spot. Woman said it was there prior- it certainly was not. The woman and I used stickers to mark the stains when I dropped it off originally. We would have seen it right on the front. Left it for them to try to get the stain out. Went back- said it doesn’t come out and was adamant it was an old stain. In an attempt to get it out, they even ruined the material. She threw her hands up and said nothing she can do.
