I haven't been seen at this office in over three years, and I was trying to make an appointment today. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was extremely frustrating. They were very rude when I asked about the physician's assistant that would be seeing me. It was an incredibly unpleasant interaction, and I will not be returning to this practice. I hope they work on improving their customer service or evaluating their front desk staff, as this is not how patients should be treated.

The office staff here is incredibly rude, unprofessional and snarky.While on the phone asking questions about my health I was hung up on, due to the fact I called her out on being extremely rude to me. I will advise everyone to rethink if you go there. ill be switching doctors ASAP

Doctor Benner is very unprofessional when it comes to educating patients about the vaccine. I love to be informed but being discriminated against for being un vaccinated is absolutely unprofessional. I specifically asked the front desk when making my appt if it was an issue that I was un vaccinated, I was specifically told no. This morning after traveling to the office. I was again refused treatment and unprofessionally lectured about being un vaccinated . Steer clear of this place, it's very dated and you will be judged for your opinions.

I've been going here pretty much my whole life, my family as well. To see how they treat people that choose to not get vaccinated is really disappointing. The main doctor, Dr Benner, won't see you at all. They treat you like you have leoprsy. They make unvaccinated people used a separate room to be seen. And when I was there last the vaccine was mentioned multiple times in the appointment, they couldn't take a no. People have real reasons for not wanting it, respect them & their medical choices.

Utterly shocked at how unprofessional a medical professional can be. Dr. Benner chooses the bully route when trying to pressure you into vaccination. My sister was thrown out of their office due to her current vaccination status -with no knowledge of whether she is scheduled to go get it. No questions other then “are you vaccinated” before the verbal assault began. She was made to wait outside for a ppd read because they don’t allow unvaccinated people to sit in the waiting room - which actually wasn’t true 2 days ago while she waited inside, but okay. She wasn’t even questioned of her status that day. Dr Benner was actually the one to ask her if she was vaccinated before completing her paperwork and immediately turned to a stance of disgust. Outside she was “informed” of how irresponsible she is and treated as though she was diseased as the dr created a 10 ft space from her as she berated her on her “decision,” and how she could even be carrying the delta variant right now. These drs are the public’s hope in getting some true information about these covid vaccines, and instead of trying to educate a patient in a world of conflicting information, she decides to attack her. I am hoping those reading this understand that this has nothing to do with complying with waiting outside or being educated about the vaccine, it’s simply the rude and disrespectful tone this visit took. Coming from a vaccinated individual (seeing as that obviously sways peoples perspective of you) this was unacceptable behavior as a doctor, regardless of how you feel personally about this. It was simply not her place to act like that. There is a different and better way to approach such situations. I’m hoping that this was a bad day for her, and that normally she treats patients with respect and integrity. It seems a lot of people like her - so just take this comment here and check that attitude; there’s plenty of it in this world, we shouldn’t be getting it from our medical professionals at their office of work. Sad.

This place is HORRIBLE. I do NOT recommend. The people are extremely RUDE. And the “doctors” do not know ANYTHING. If you can even call them doctors. It seems like they didn’t even graduate from Med school. I’d stay far away from this place and find another practice. When you’re not feeling good it’s not worth having rude, undereducated people act like they’re helping you. You leave feeling worse off then when you walk in. You guys need to re-evaluate your staff and doctors and maybe try again.

the people at the office are horrible. the first time I went with my daughter we both knew right away that they had an additude about everything. if you're that unhappy find a different job. will never go here again. not surprised I hear horrible things about this place
