I had the BEST experience ever! I came in for a last minute dress crisis. I had a dress that needed to be taken in, but I only had 3 days to have it completed. Frankford Cleaners and Shirts had it back to me in less than 24 hours! And it was perfect. They were all so nice and understanding! I can't thank them enough!
Frankford Cleaners is fantastic! Het and Blanca are both incredibly kind, welcoming, and always provide excellent customer service. My clothes always come back looking perfect, and they’ve hemmed multiple items for me with great attention to detail. Their work is consistently high quality, and I know I can always count on them. Highly recommend for ALTERATIONS TOO! I recently used their alteration services and was VERY happy with the work and the quick turnaround. The tailor is only in-house M-F 730am to 2pm (I couldn't make those times work.) So I called, and the owner who is not a tailor (but is clearly trained) took my measurements and did a GREAT job using just clothing pins and great insights on the craft . When I got my finished products (jeans, slacks, and skirts) it was a perfect fit on all of my items!
