“My dentist, Eric Shantzer at Richboro Dental Excellence and his team have always given me options. I wanted a good option for my braces (as a 56 year old mind you) and they offered me 3D Predict. Result: LOVE them!

My teeth are coming into place nicely in spite of my cheating and occasionally drinking coffee without my trays / braces on — still, it’s all coming together and I couldn’t be happier.

With what my insurance covered, they then offered me a reasonable payment plan for my portion of the balance due, so that’s a plus there too!

They also offered a plan to help me with my treatment before when I did not have dental insurance. Also, very affordable considering all it offers you.

“Florence Family Dental is amazing. The Dental Hygienists and the Dentists have been so nice to me. Their chairs have a massage and heat function and they give you sun glasses just to make all their patients comfortable. I have never waited long in the lobby to be called. It's usually right at my appointment time.

I have had several dentists in the past who have not listened to my concerns and my anxiety about getting cavities filled. I'm the type that they have to put 5 shots in my face just to begin to numb the area. So I have felt the pain of drilling before and it scares me.

The one cavity I had filled with Florence Family Dental, Dr. Blum was so kind and reassuring. He understood my anxiety and didn't make me feel silly for having it. He promised me that the cavity was so shallow that he could drill without the numbing agents and I wouldn't feel anything. I was so scared but he was right. He handled it so delicately and I didn't feel anything.

It's really nice to have a dentist who cares and works to undo the trauma I have from other dentists I've had in the past.

“Dr. Fingeret has been my go-to dentist since 2019 or so when I chipped my front tooth and they took me the next morning, as a new patient, to fix it. They have been supportive and caring, giving the best dental care in the area. Rachel at the front desk is sweet and helpful, and really cares about her patients. All of the hygienists and dentists in the office are excellent. My boyfriend needed emergency attention recently and was squeezed in right away to be helped. “The Best dentist! I even moved - and traveled back to the area to keep coming here. They’re friendly, fast, gentile, thorough and honest. I haven’t had a single cavity since becoming a patient over 5 years ago. The previous owner was amazing and Dr. Suh has maintained the same level of integrity since taking over a few years ago.

Before I came here, another dentists in the area told me I had 9 cavities. I don’t drink sugary drinks, I floss almost everyday and brush regularly. Presently, there are a few spots they’re keeping an eye on, but won’t drill into teeth unnecessarily. We get one set of adult teeth and they’re worth protecting!
