Dr. Schaeffer is kind, gentle, and extremely professional. She practices caution and avoids unnecessary (i.e. expensive) procedures. The staff members are welcoming and ensure their patient's comfort. I've recommended her practice to others and they've been equally as impressed.

I've been seeing Dr Schaeffer since I was in elementary school ( I'm 30 now) and not once have I ever had an issue with her services or anyone in her office. Everyone is so nice and welcoming when you walk in. Everything is fully explained prior to procedures, no surprise bills in the mail. Everytime I've called with a tooth issue ive always been able to get an appointment very quickly. I live over an hour away now and still won't go anywhere else, no matter what level of pain I'm in.

Awesome dental practice. Very very conscientious about children and creating a positive relationship with dentistry. My youngest son just walks right back everytime with no fear! I also fear dentists and I have built up my confidence by going to this practice. I've never encountered such helpful and professional, friendly reception at a dental office.
