After a ton of frustration from another company that starts with Atlantic and ends with “Problems” that was maintaining my BAT septic system with their inability to set up maintenance appointments instead of surprise visits, I finally made the switch to Tri-County. When I called Tri-County the gentleman assured me an appointment and time frame is no problem and that was the way they operate. He sent over a quote within about 10 minutes of getting off the phone. He then called the same day to set up an appointment and let me know the time frame and who would be showing up, they showed up on time the very next day. Tri-County Water Services is absolutely the best! I’ve used them for a major water filtration project, a water heater replacement, a sump pump replacement and a couple of minor repairs. They have never disappointed me. All their people are responsive, knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and courteous.
Tri-County Always does a fantastic job. Darren is one of their best team members and replaced our sediment filtration system and water heater and always delivered high-quality work.
