KSW did an outstanding job replacing our roof. The entire process was quick, professional, and completely exceeded my expectations. The crew was hardworking, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. Communication was great from start to finish, and the final result looks amazing. I recently had KSW out to remove my gutter guards. Two years ago I had guards installed (not by KSW) that were solid plastic with a lip that had slits to funnel the water into the gutter. I didn’t get leaves or seed pods to clog up the gutters and downspouts. I got birds!! I called Wilmer. Told him of my problem. He sent Luis (a very nice gentleman) out to do the job which he did very well. I learned a valuable lesson that day. I should have listened to Wilmer 2 years ago when he highly recommended I install guards with slots and screens and I disagreed.
I needed to completely overhaul the exterior of my 1900s single family home. Will (owner) came out to the property promptly, listened to my request, and even offered ideas I hadn't even considered. His advice was spot on and very helpful. It was a larger job, with a second story asphalt shingle roof remove and replace, tear off existing siding, wrap the house, install new vinyl siding, new rolled roofing on the back bump out, new fascia, new soffit, new seamless gutters. Will is very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, and can make adjustments as needed on the fly. Price was fantastic and very fair!
