They lost the hood of my down jacket, called several times asking them to search for it. Nothing, they didn’t even apologise. I can’t get a replacement hood and this is not a cheap jacket, it would cost me $700 to buy another one. Really disappointing.

$50 to sew three small holes in the seam and dry clean seems awfully expensive. Perhaps I misunderstood , but I was quite certain that I was told that it would cost $20 to repair the holes when I brought it in. This was my first visit to this dry cleaner. Also, I was told that it would be ready within one week of the drop off, and it was not. I had to make two trips.
I won’t be going back.

I had to find a new dry cleaner who could deliver within a week. Although the staff are friendly I wouldn't recommend their services, because the average turnaround is usually a whole week or more.

If you have a few items which you need more frequently I would go somewhere else. Sometimes the store closes early as well. Lastly, getting you clothes dry cleaned can take between a week and half to 2 weeks if there is a public holiday during their regular servicing.
