I've been to Sanctuary Day Spa & Salon 4 times for the hydrotherapy (only). I love it. I go on Sundays for Women's only Day and stay for 2 hours. They have saucers of sea salt you can use to self exfoliate in the steam room. They have a hot pool, cold pool, steam room, and dry sauna. their locker rooms and resting space are clean and assessable. Blow dryer availabe in hallway bathroom (not dressing room). I find the music and lighting soothing and plan to make this my go-to place. (I only wish the pools were salt water. )

I’m feeling relaxed, dreamy and with baby soft skin. I had an opportunity to get a ‘luxurious facial’ with Ziba today. She has always been an excellent aesthetician with 30+ yrs. professional experience, but today she added some impressive massage strokes for the face, neck and shoulders. I say ‘impressive’ because I’m a massage practitioner with 25+ yrs, and they were really good! For the the face, she explained her specific strokes stimulate collagen production and for the neck & shoulders....oh so, deeply relaxing. Hands and feet were added too!! I was in heaven and so grateful that I experienced her healing hands......The hot towel applied to your back and squeezed all over was the perfect ending. Ziba is truly a gem to be experienced.

I fell in love with this place during my 1st hydrafacial. Then we talked about touching up my eyebrows (permanent make up) so I says yes. She did an AMAZING job! And I scheduled my 2nd hydra facial.

Really nice staff but it took a very long time. 2 hours and 15 minutes for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. 3 days after my appt one nail came completely off and 2 days later another one came off. Sooo disappointing, as was Phyllis's response when I wrote her about it.

Ziba gives an AMAZING facial! Very relaxing with great facial massage! Also a great eyebrow wax!

I had a mani with Lauren and she was absolutely amazing. I had terrible looking cuticles and she took her time to clean them up perfectly. We were having a little bit of trouble with the polish I picked but Lauren remained calm and took her time to make sure they came out just the way I wanted. She even convinced me to do a little splash of glitter. I was so happy when I left the salon. While at home the polish came off one of my nails. I called Lauren and she apologized and told me to come back in ASAP so she could fix it. The next day I came back and she was so happy to see me and we were able to get the polish fixed in no time. I cannot recommend Lauren and the rest of the Sanctuary Dap Spa staff anymore. You are treated like a princess from the second you walk in the door!

This place is the BEST! I've been going just about every other week for over a year, and they are the nicest, most welcoming people I could've hoped for. Haven't tried all their services yet but I can say the manicures, waxing and electrolysis are great!

Very unprofessional spa, mother/daughter duo both managing you was very hard when no one ever agreed with each other. I was taught to wax here with cheap wax strips & wax that I could have purchased at my local Walgreens. Owner seemed to care about her personal problems more than her company; having me send out letters in the mail for people to sponsor her for a beauty pageant rather than having me complete tasks related to my job. Their Facebook page has ads/promo pics for a laser & skin tightening treatment that they offer that they do not know how to use.. the pictures they post aren’t even their own.. They don’t have music playing throughout the rooms, so while you’re trying to relax during your service you cannot because the staff sits outside the doors at the front desk and talk like no one is there. I think if this place had different management it could be a great spa.
