Worst experience. Rude staff. Brought the phone into the room, where she answered it several times during our couples massage. She also tried to talk us out of getting the couples massage we prepaid for because she over booked.

Been there twice first time was a lil bit rushed due to me own fault but was a decent experience second time I really enjoyed the experience with my masseuse & she did a wonderful job from start 2 finish “ Go support this small business u won’t be disappointed here !!

If I could give less than a 1 star I would!!! I have never been treated with worse customer service from any business in all my life!!!! I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 on Saturday the 28th of January or so I thought. I guess I made the reservation for Friday the 27th by accident. That part is on me I get that but I paid $180 up front. I called on Saturday and explained the situation and asked if there was anyway they could squeeze us in on Saturday. The lady then began to spaz out on me telling me she tried to call me yesterday and that I cursed her out, raising her voice. Totally totally unprofessional. I NEVER TALKED TO HER!!!!! She then proceeded to tell me “ I don’t know I’ll let you know” I said “ ok when do you think you’ll know by?” She repeated “ I don’t know i’ll let you know” she called me back about 10 minutes later and this was the conversation that was absolutely appalling. She again reprimanded me telling me she called me the day before then said I can squeeze you in today at 5 but you need to tip each masseuse $20…… never in my 39 years of existence has anyone ever told me that I had to leave gratuity or how much to leave!!!! I obviously would tip the masseuse, I always do but telling me I have to and how much?!?! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!’ I’m a father of 3 and work hard for my money and just flushed $180 down the drain because I refuse to go and support any business that treats customers this way

This is nothing more than a scam and likely a washy washy. Charged up front, 30+% tip demanded before massage even started. Phone kept ringing and she left multiple times to handle customers up front so didn’t get full time. Felt uncomfortable and unsafe during the visit. Oh, and worst massage ever!!!

I was excited to try a new place closer to work. I am more than happy to tip 20% or higher for services especially after a great massage. However being told over the phone that I have to pay $20 upfront as a tip for a $60 service was confusing. That’s a 33.5% tip even before a service was performed?! The information posted in person and on the website says $60 not $80. The IRS defines a tip as something optional or extra that only the customer determines, not the business. This is misleading to your future customers and turned me off from your establishment.

Booked an appointment online at 5:10!pm and paid via their website when I arrived they asked me to pay again. When I said I had paid online they said that they had no record but to just book in person and pay again. I gave them my credit card and after the swiped it said they didn’t have any appointments. I went back online while waiting in the lobby and booked another appointment an hour from now. The owner called and said they didn’t have any appointments and that they would not refund me any money. No one speaks English so the owner kept calling my cell phone. All of the front desk ladies went to the back and closed the door and I’m now sitting in the lobby by myself.No one made derogatory comments about not speaking English. The front desk lady called the owner to speak to me because she did not speak English and the owner is the one who said she doesn’t speak English.She then called the owner who I’m assuming is who is responding to this google post. When I asked several questions regarding if I was charged and if I noticed that my credit card had been charged later in the week if you would then refund you responded with make and appointment. After 20 min I asked if there was an issue bc of the language barrier. You responded with yes I do not speak good English.I asked if you were local and could speak in person to which you brought in a gentleman to speak English to me and you both said that you did not speak the English language. There is not issue with that other than making sure we’re able to communicate with each other.No one yelled or raised voices on either side. I asked questions.It’s extremely dangerous to make accusations that a person is xenophobic because they didn’t feel they were given decent service and left a review in the business website.I feel like your grasping at straws and unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews prior to trying the business.Where there is smoke there is fire.

Last time i went was 1 year ago, i had really d*** experience with them and i also gave 1 star. With the staff and their charge you name it. i didnt like at all.Editing the rating and experience:Cut it, to today, i really needed a massage so stepped in again, honestly the pricing plus tips part is quite the same maybe thats how they decided to take forward. — so for 60 min $60 massage you pay $20 gaurantee tip before getting the service and with card its $84 total. I didnt question and went to get the service. (Because for the hardwork they do fr 60 mins massage at any spa i usually give the same tip)— the lady was super sweet, and i requested for a regular massage, not the hot stone, it was super relaxing. I even told her the pain/ pressure points to concentrate and she did. So maybe if people are willing to pay that much they ask you for, i would say its worth it.— also the place, rooms and washrooms are 1st class.

Was here just a couple hours ago and it was probably the most relieving massage I've ever had. Very friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Recommended.

Me and my girlfriend went here for a couples massage which we were very excited for. I went with a deep tissue massage and she got a prenatal. This was by far the WORT service and experience I've had at a massage. Constantly answering the phone during the massage and waking out of the room to help customers coming in(without giving time back). HIGHLY DO NOT Recommend!! It was over priced aswell which I would not have minded if it were a good experience. An experience we were looking for was not only a letdown but a huge upset. Don't waste your money here!!!

The place is nice and massage was good enough but I will never go back. The price was $60 in advance and I understand that. But the manager also REQUIRED a $40 tip in advance. Then the therapist asked for another big tip during the massage!
