I’ve always had a good experience at Penn Medicine in Oxford. Their availability is usually very good and will see you quickly. The doctors and nurses are attentive and knowledgeable.
I love the the doctors and CRNP's. I HATE Penn Medicine. We used to be able to call after hours and speak with a doctor OnCall - now it's Urgent Care. We used to be able to get same day appointments - now it's Urgent Care. Is it from an accident - yes, but not a car accident - still they try to find someone else to bill ?. If our local doctors could take over Jennersville and Brandywine without insurance and "for-profit hospital conglomerates" I would be first in line.
We were taking my children to John Hopkin's Water's Edge. I switched companies, and JHWE did not take my Keystone insurance. So, after doing some research, I saw Oxford Medical Center had great reviews, and they were close to us (in Rising Sun MD). They claim to be a family practice, but are not prepared to performance wellness visits for young children. They inconvenienced us on multiple occasions by having us come out for a wellness appointment and only having 2 of 4 of the shots available. Then, we reschedule another appointment for the following 2 and they only had 1 of 2 in stock. They were supposed to call when the last one got in stock... after 2 weeks, I called...read full review
