Everyone was very professional, courteous, competent and friendly. From Michelle in the office, guiding me through the entire process, to Steve with his easygoing honest salesmanship, down to the installation of the actual unit by Parker and Kevin, we were well pleased with all that occurred. Baer Electric installed a 26 KW Generator at my house. Steve and Michelle were very helpful, informative and were able to answer all of our questions. They keep generators in stock, their cost were very competitive and the life cycle cost for opening the generator was the deciding factor in going with Baer Electric. There tech’s were professional, courtesy and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and help set up our Wi-Fi connection.
