Yoga B Yoga is a comfortable, light, and nurturing space. Brenda, the owner, is a rock star. She is sweet and pure, nurturing and inspirational. I also love Emilie, one of the instructors. I had practiced with Emilie previously and that is how I ended up trying YBY. Emilie has been a friend and inspiration from the first moment I met her. Sadly, I live an hour away from the studio but I make sure to get there periodically to get my zen fix. Try it, you'll love it!

I feel so lucky to have such an amazing yoga studio locally. Brenda and her instructors have cultivated such a beautiful space for people to practice. The teachers are always so warm and welcoming, and they offer a variety of different class options. I’ve attended several different types of practices at Yoga B Yoga, and always leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Brenda has put her heart and soul into her studio and her classes are absolutely magical. Over the years I’ve booked several private classes with Brenda to celebrate milestones, and even booked a class with her the morning of my wedding day. Yoga B Yoga will always be a special place for me! (And many others) I always feel welcomed and inspired when I visit this studio. Brenda and all the other instructors are truly passionate with their teachings which you can clearly see when you experience one of their classes. Brenda has created a beautiful space for the yoga community, which I am grateful to be apart of!
