I’m 17 went in with shoulder length hair she then proceeded to give me a bob that would be found on an older lady. I said I liked my hair at the bottom of my neck but not resting on. She shaved the back of my hair and the pieces in the back are less that an inch long. I cannot even put it in a ponytail. She thinned my hair out and made the ends weak and easy to break. Paid $30 ( which is higher than my normal salon)
