My son took his tax issue to them. It's been months. They did not keep him informed about anything. when he would call them, no one was in the office. He called the IRS more than they did. The only thing they did for him was send him a huge bill. He went to H&R block and got more answers in a short time and it didn't cost near as much. he saw a tax lawyer and he said that they overcharged him.
