I just want to say, Sue, one of the phone receptionists, big shout out to her. There was a miscommunication with one of my appointment times where I then was not able to attend the appointment in the required time to get my test read. She was able to help me very kindly, and she was also very understanding and empathetic about the situation that I was in. Thank you again.

This office can never get a referral done in a timely manner. It takes a fee weeks and multiple phone calls, for them to finally complete the referral and get it to my insurance company to be approved. Meanwhile waiting in pain!
