Eric was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and he walked us through every part of the home in a way that actually made sense to us. Along the way, he shared practical tips for maintaining the major systems and getting the most life out of them, which was hugely valuable as first-time owners. Communication was excellent from scheduling through the final report. The inspection itself was extremely thorough, and we came away feeling like we genuinely understood the property we were buying. I would highly recommend E&E for anyone looking for a home inspection, and especially for first-time home buyers.

Spending a few hours with Eric was money well spent. At first I was under the impression that a waived inspection in "this market" was something that you had to do in order to get the house you really want. I am eating my words now after how thorough Eric was in looking over my future home. Eric did find a significant issue I just would not have found as it was in an attic and not easily seen. I write this review on the day of my inspection and im glad I hired Eric. The confidence I have now is far more than I had a week ago when I first toured my future property. Will recommend to anyone in the Montgomery co area.

Eric completed our home inspection. He was absolutely wonderful.He was extremely thorough and comprehensive. We were impressed by his depth of knowledge and his ability to explain all concerns on a simple, as well as complex manner. He showed up early and stayed later than our stated time. Our inspection report was easy to read and comprehensive. We couldn't have asked for a kinder individual to work with as well. Eric clearly loves what he does. Would HIGHLY recommend 100/100 times!!
