Water was in my spare bedroom from window cleaners using my outside spicket He almost immediately shut off the water, rug pulled up and wall open to start drying. From the first meeting with Dave and throughout the contract process to the beginning and end of work was truly a great experience. Finding a a trustworthy contractor is difficult but with Dave, he definitely makes it an easy process.He is thorough, professional, detailed, meticulous, punctual and so much more. His team of workers are knowledgeable and experienced. They did a pre inspection of the cabinets before any work started. They started on time DAILY @8am ( no days missed) and stayed until 5-6pm. We have since moved to a major metropolitan area, and if we were to buy a house that is on par with the quality of our Ruhmel house, it would cost more than double. Budd was given the task of dismantling several additions that were added onto an old stone farmhouse from 1869 and then adding on a new 2000sqft addition that incorporated an old summer kitchen with the a final result to look like the whole house was built at one time! Original stones and beams were removed by hand and every detail was discussed to make sure we kept with the original integrity of the farmhouse.
