Extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable folks working here from my experience. Additionally, for a small business with limited staff, they also communicate better than others around the area. Priced better too.

Stove wires fried, now he could have ran me around and ripped me off, he didn't. He could have said many things needed to be replaced but he was honest and said nothing needs to be replaced just fixed. It took him just a couple of minutes to fix it - again this was a place some people would rip you off, dragging it out to charge more. He did this while being very courteous.

Had Mr.Fritz at my home for a dryer repair.He was prompt and very reasonable. I called him 10:am Saturday with a Maytag refrigerator problem.He told me how to fix it myself and didn't rap me with a service call.That's unheard of these days.I highly recommend Fritz Appliance RepairServices: Refrigerator/freezer repair
