“John Hufford has been our service tech since we started with Terminix almost 2 years ago, and he has come out to treat our home every 3 months since. He is extremely knowledgeable and displays a level of professionalism that is increasingly rare. I get anxious having strangers in my home, but John is always respectful and courteous. He even takes time to indulge my 4 year old’s incessant questions LOL.
I can leave him to do his work and trust that it’s being done properly. He went above and beyond by treating a small, overgrown area near our property out back where our children play, without being asked - he just recognized the need and took care of it. When we needed another treatment before our next scheduled one, he took care of us same day.
We are very happy with our overall service from Terminix, and even more satisfied with the level of service and care we receive from John. 10/10“
