Last year my husband and I went to the Pittsburgh Home and Garden Show to look at and compare different window manufacturers. We liked the quality of ThermoTwin windows, so we made an appointment to go to the Oakmont showroom to look at the windows again. The sales person at the showroom explained the fabrication process, and even took us on a tour of the factory. We had ThermoTwin replace 18 windows in our house. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and with the installation. After purchasing windows for my entire house almost 30 years ago, one bedroom window recently developed moisture between the panes. The process to replace the glass and seal was seamless and prompt. Couldn't be happier with the service!!!! Thank you!!

We had sales rep Ron D. come by our home today and I’m really glad we did. We’ve met and talked with about 5 other companies so far. Ron was the only one that pointed out several huge things with our windows that no one else did just within the first 5 minutes, which made us feel like he really knew what he was talking about in comparison. I was also relieved to hear all of their installers are thermo twin employees, not just subcontractors as I’ve heard some horror stories with them. We had higher bids and lower bids but we felt comfortable knowing we’re getting real value for the money with all new frames and how he explained the necessity for things that we... read full review
