I really like doctor steiner. There is 1 staff member who should be fired. The way she argued with me. I am a 60+ y/o woman and have never been more disrespected in my life. I will use the app to send messages. I refuse to call the lower Burrell facility unless I know someone is waiting for me to return their call. I made a formal complaint to upmc about the call but nothing came of it because I didn't have her name. I guarantee it'll never happen again!!
Dr Steiner stated that my daily vomiting is "IN MY HEAD". I have LYME DISEASE CDC POSITIVE TWICE from which I acquired MCAS. I was illiterate to MCAS and apparently so is Dr Steiner..
Dr. Steiner seems to be somewhat competent and mildly concerned with his patients. His rigid office staff, however, has demonstrated incompetence, rude and absolutely uncaring and mean behavior towards Steiner's patients.
Patients health, age or diagnosis does not matter to this crew. The staff needs and time table are far more important than the patients welfare.
Shame on him for not correcting that situation after many complaints!
This is not a way to run a business, let alone a medical practice.
