I simply can’t believe that the women at the desk are basically guard dogs for the doctors. You can never speak with a doctor when you need to. I had one of them diagnose a bruise I had as simply a bruise when in fact, it was a break and the doctor told me he never received that message. They don’t wanna see you when you’re sick, which is the whole purpose of having a doctor I thought horrible

This is an absolutely terrible experience. I have been on hold for 45 minutes. Nobody picks up each time the phone rings. Every time I call i have to wait up to an hour to talk to a person. No care or concern for others which is frightening for a healthcare organization

Let me just sau first off that the Doctors i have no problem with...i think...maybe my review will clear it up.I am very envious of coworkers or friends who when sick they are able to call their Doctor and have them either call in a perscription or ask you come to the office.Let me tell you what usually happens to me...while having the phone ring 5 times and a friendly sounding receptionest say that you will be answered in the order your call was recieved, i get that followed by a statement about flu shots or something which brings me back to original answering servics...repeat 5 times! Okay now i have to give my name number birthdate before tellung what is making me...read full review
