The man who greeted me (I think his name was Jordan.) was really kind. I got a black mark from a Sharpie on a cloth that I really like. I just dropped the item off today, and I don't know whether or not it will come out. But I feel confident that the business will do their best. It was an inviting place with good vibes! I even got a text message to keep track of when the job will be done.
The folks here were super helpful and didn't try to talk me into trying to get impossible stains out of things I brought them. They were honest and did an amazing job with what they had.
