I left a baby blanket with them 50 years old that had some light stains on it that I wanted to give to my granddaughter and they were so sweet about working hard to get all the stains out and actually did get all of them out except one that I was pretty sure they weren’t gonna be able to get out but anyway they did a great job with what they had to work with
Very nice people. I walked in to drop off a suit jacket. It was 3:58pm and they close at 4.
The clerk was very nice, not trying to hurry me even though it was so close to closing.
Since I was a new customer, he had to input my info into their system. He was not huffing and puffing like I have experienced elsewhere.
They send a text when it is ready for pickup. Pickup went very smoothly.
It was a different clerk and she was very nice. This is now my new dry cleaner place.
I dropped off a men's suit and shirt to be dry cleaned at the Robinson location. When I went to pick them up, they could only find the shirt. That evening, the owner searched 2 other locations and eventually found the suit back at the Robinson location. He personally delivered it to my house that evening! Great customer service!!
